Price Family Vault, Madron

Mention has been made in the albums of Rose Price - the house and extensive gardens at the top of Chapel Street which occupied the land now Princes Street, the Exchange, The Lodge and shops down to the Union Hotel. The family also had Rosehill built and, of course, Trengwainton.
Rose Lambart Price, eldest son of Sir Rose Price, of Trengwainton, Bart., died 15th January, 1826; aged 26 years. Elizabeth, daughter of Charles Lambart, of Beau Parc, Meath, Ireland. Born 12th April 1782, married Rose Price 6th August 1798; died December 2nd, 1826; in her 45th year. Rose Price, of Trengwainton, in this parish, and Worthy Park, in the Island of Jamaica. Born 21st November 1768; created baronet 30th May 1815; died 29th September 1834; in his 66th year.
