Can you imagine a world, where every day was the chance it could be your last;
Can you imagine a world, where every day you hope that you could go home to
your mother, your wife, your children, your friends, yet had to face the enemy;
Can you imagine a world, where you could lose a limb, your life, knowing the loved ones at home are dreading the arrival of a telegram.
What those men, women and children faced was an incredible task, as well as the personal day to day tragedies that we face ourselves.
I cry every time I see a list of names like this.
