Christopher Ludlow is on the left. William Bollom Ludlow Carbines is on the right. Elsie Poole must be the girl (as she's the only girl in the picture). The notes on this envelope say one of the boys is possibly Harold Poole (son of the Harold Poole the mayor in WWI I presume) and the other boy...

I don't know if this helps - does anyone have any ideas of where this is? Christopher Ludlow 1877-1959 is in the boat on the right. Probably @ 1900 I would have thought?
