Ocean Blue is a luxury apartment block built at the bottom of Jenning Street Penzance near the Abbey Basin.
Construction started August 2008 whilst the town was in a bitter disagreement with Cornwall Council over the Penzance harbour development. At the time it was rumoured that the plot was reserved for a hotel that was part of the harbour development scheme, but as the scheme (option A) fell through the plans were changed to build a luxury set of flats instead.
