The Trustee Savings Bank originally was in The Greenmarket and incorporated the Devonport Saving bank, I think; they were in the building to the right of Tregenza s, and they were a very reliable and helpful bank then. Then something happened and they moved and became less than helpful; I often wondered why a bank had to be named twice. TSB bank. Rather like PIN number.
