Kenidjack

A peaceful scene.
I note the sign states Tregeseal Knotwood Project ... how does that fit in. I don t know where this is myself, but I know you are more than familiar with the Kenidjack area.

This is a continuation of the Tregaseal Valley, towards the sea, a few hundred yards below the bridge of the Pendeen road.

I m from Penzance, I didn t quite know where I was! Out in the wilds of Penwith... laugh#

You have the main road to Pendeen from St Just, at the botton of the hill the area is known as Nancherrow, up the valley from approx the old foundry area is Tregeseal and below the road is Kenidjack.

I grew up in Pendeen parish with a mother raised in Tregeseal. Despite it being a continuation of the same valley, below Nancherrow bridge it is known as Kenidjack Valley and above the bridge it is known as Tregeseal Valley. Never heard anyone local call it differently. Now if someone can explain to me the names of Newlyn and its surroundings.....

Do passengers still have to get off at Nancherrow Bridge so that the bus can get up the hill?
