This looks to be practically opposite where my Grandparents lived and my Mother grew up - I'll have to try and show her this at some point and see if she recognises the woman.
Bit of a coincidence - my mother (and father) also moved to Alverton in the early '60s. My Grandparents were in their house in Belgravia Street until the early '80s, when they both died.
