Attempted transformation of old Telephone Exchange building, New St.

It looks better when it s lit up with the blue lights at night time, but otherwise an eyesore on Penzance!

I walk past here a number of times, on the way to the dock, but I don t see any signs as to just what it is supposed to be? The entrance looks like the way in for fork lift trucks in a warehouse. I see the Cycle Centre nearby, clearly indicated. And why the open space ... I was forced in by the edge and nearly came a cropper the other day when some thoughtless driver clipped in close.
