Taken halfway down Market Jew Street looking across to the Terrace. Michael Angelo's restaurant had just opened this year and Rosie's Scoop 'N' Save traded next door.

Still early days with Mazey day, but dedicated followers and volunteers made the celebration worth it for thousands of people.

Taken whilst the Market house was having a spring clean. The Golowan crew took advantage of the building turning it into a prop. What a delightful scene.

The scaffold was up and so were the banners. Humphry celebrated with a twig, hat and scarf... what more can you ask?

Its been many things in the past... Right at the top of Causewayhead the Greenhouse ( a green grocer) is now the Healing Star. People being entertained by simple music of delight

Looking prim and proper was the order of the day.

Its Mazey day again. So much has changed in town! Look on the Terrace and the first shop on the left was Radio Rentals (now Voda Phone). The wool shop had closed (now the Terrace cafe). Specsavers was on the corner (now Orange) and Our Price record shop is now Phones 4 U.

Painted faces was all the craze in the 1994 Mazey day celebrations.

Looking across the road from the Terrace, everyone's on their way back up Marketjew Street. That Menswear shop... now what was that called? Anyway it's now a bakers.
