Another thing that Woolworth did well was the Pick n Mix . Here you can see the section has declined by past standards. When I was younger this section was massive and very popular. Personally I stopped buying Pick n Mix when they introduced heavy cardboard cups rather than thin light bags.... these weighed made quite a difference to the final price.
