The two girls on the right hand end are my Grandmother (Janie Matthews (later Uren)) and Great-Aunt (Mary Frances Matthews (later Harris) born 1902 and 1900 respectively which gives me the approximate date. At the right hand end of the third row back (in front of the minister) is my Great-Grandmother Ellen Jane Matthews (nee Allen).
I think this was taken in the Chapel School field which would mean the cottages in the background are those at the top of Levant Road.
