It's a small word welb. I have this card in my collection of Penzance postcards. That is my mother in the peach dress walking down the steps off the terrace.
@ - all I can remember is that he was leaning on the railings in front of what is now that jewellery shop (or perhaps a bit further down). He was wearing an overcoat and flat cap, looking towards The Star (one of his haunts!). Again, from memory, I think the shot looked like it was taken from either the top of the PO or perhaps where Poundsaver is now. Think it was around 1970 - 72.
