Don t know how old this image is but I cannot see the top section of the sign showing the boats and in the other pictures there was no tariff box attached to the roadside of the sign.
In fact not a lot makes sense as the whole sign appears to be on the other wall, or somethings been reversed, hang on - Nope still looks the same, better have another couple read# read#

there is a lattice change, but not the one you mentioned,
they must have lousy roofer!
