Do you know where this is?

Here we have a picture, but are not sure of its origin....can anyone help?
Picture supplied by John Gendall
Something familiar about this lovely little belvedere .... does anyone recognise the dog? Good picture.

so you are taking the p; he was iddle for short. I am looking at the large building in the trees on the left; the tall young tree on the right seems to be growing out of higher ground; but, yes this is a private estate, the dog is very comfortable in its own territory; this is part of a local merchant s estate, and the belvedere is about 10 to 20 years old in this picture, going by the marks on the bases. I am checking through some old maps of the town.

You may be right, but I can t see anything like that on the 1936 map, I spent a lot of time there as a child/youngster, actually working.

there is A building similar to this nxt to penlee playgroup to the left and to the right there used to be greenhouses not sure if they are still there but this defo looks like the building in penllee park

Whereabouts? I have just done the tour, including the Garden of Remembrance (what happened to the parterres?), not a sign of it to me? I found an anchor with no name, though.
