Well, you know what the EU directors can do, with anything except these. We cannot seriously use kilometres anyway, it is always mispronounced with the accent on the o ; kilograms are not pronounced with the accent on the o ; myself, I think Brits and Cornish are intelligent enough to think in whatever units we choose, irrespective of signs and labels ... I hope. I would suggest a large stretch limo, sideways, through the orifice through which they all speak (the one that does not have vocal chords in intelligent people).
Isn t it odd? I normally think in kilometres when walking or cycling or just looking around at distant landmarks etc., but when motoring, because of instrumentation being in miles, I think in miles.
