It is plainly obvious that you are a professional, I suspect with a "hide", your control of depth of field is very carefully controlled, these pictures of our feathered friends are superlative, no question.
Honestly Treeve, I am far from a professional photographer, and I promise you that most of the pics I put up, I have taken on the move whilst out walking with my dog, (any other circumstances, I will tell you when I post them here) the 5 pics I put up yesterday, the Thrush, Blackbird, Great Tit, Blue Tit and Black Redstart, were all taken yesterday, through my kitchen window! When i bought my first SLR camera, it was to take pictures of birds, that's all I've ever wanted to do, and still is, and I must admit, I'm more disappointed with what I haven't taken, than pleased with what I have. (hope that makes sense).
