I suspect that obstucting a public footpath has been downgraded to class C, just like Cannabis. So, the driver can park up, roll up and smoke a spliff and cock a snook at Mr Peeler. Only in Britain eh?
When I drove past on the way back from Iceland earlier today, an Iceland home delivery van was parked in the same spot! I ve known cars to park around the corner on the laundrette s pavement garden , but have never noticed cars parking here.

That is what I am looking forward to. Mind you, afte driving on the wrong side of the road for all these years past AND emulating my fellow (sic) Omani and other nationality drivers, my skills may have been denuded. I do remember last year coming out of Heathrow on the wrong side of the roundabout, mind, it was 04.00 am so no heavy traffic.
