Small lake, presumably a mining relic, about two hundred yards from the Tregeseal Stone Circle. There minnows to be found inhabiting it, and lily pads, and so presumably, it is not totally poisonous.
Seriously though I will put this poser to the man in question. The school has just finished a field trip in Corfu and are off on a well earned rest. I will make contact ASAP.
I m envious, only been there once and love the place. Nearly bought another m/bike today with a view to motoring down thro France, Italy etc. and taking a ferry across to Corfu.
