The card reads Presented by His Worship The Mayor Councilor J. W. Meek to the Penzance Ambulance Cadet Division Junior Section 1933 .
It doesn't say what the trophy is though.
I know no more about the picture. I suspect it is one of many my father recreated in his darkroom from decrepit old prints for friends.
Anyone else recognize anyone or know what this was about?
