Taken in Chapel Street 26/05/2009. Yes the large white van is mainly in a legal parking bay, but a good 3 foot of it with the bikes and extended number plate are overhanging in a disabled bay. When pointed out to him he just smiled and continued o sit in his van and chat on his mobile phone. Just out of shot is a legally parked disabled vehicle, so through this selfishness a disabled space is taken. He had room to roll forward if he wanted to. He decided not to so here you are mate, up in lights for all to see. 'Ignorant'
