A Canada Goose has joined the throng,
I am unsure as to who adopted whom
but the swans accept the goose as it swims towards them.

Its feathers are ragged, and I would guess it has either had a fight with an alpha male or its mate, either way, it has attached itself to the flock on the beach, having considered discretion is the better part of valour. It seems to want company, nigh leaps into the water on the sight of a nearing swan.
Interesting .. I saw the passage of a 'pirate ship' from Sennen today, I managed to get a rough shot of it, but she was out in the lanes, well off shore.
I love seeing 'old' ships - especially when you have the rare opportunity to see one in full sail. It gives me goose bumps. I stood and looked at it for a while yesterday evening and it was like stepping back in time.
