Well I kept on looking at it and you said that my guess looked promising then it faded away, so I pretty much guessed it must be knee something, then when you gave the clue of two words, I just kept going (in my head) knee lady tall man, knee tall man and in the end it hit me.
Don`t think I would have got it without the clue though
