Alverne Hay; I believe this to be indicative of the probability that the building was designed by Oliver Caldwell. There are many features on the elevational treatment that indicate also Oliver Caldwell, features on the Chimney also are to be seen in Marazion. George Ley Bodilly lived here c1890. The gate post is nigh identical to that at The Sycamores.
