Trewellard Chapel Sunday School Tea Treat

This is recognisably Trewellard and labelled as such but has no year given. My guess is early 1930s but what do you think? I'd be interested to hear the opinion of any who knows about costume or anyone who recognises the commemorative mugs visible in the photograph.
Not all of them are holding printed mugs, some have tea cups and one has a tankard... but they are all boys in the pose or am I wrong?

The commemorative receptacles came in many forms ... I had a collection of mugs (2 types) and cups (three types) handed down from my mother, aunt and grandparents. Boys in the foreground, but girls and ladies in the background. This was a time when boys and girls were segregated.
