Yes, sad indeed. I remember years back, we came across a young pup, injured and distressed out Porthcurno way (from memory), and we rang the seal sanctuary at Gweek - and luckily they sent someone to come and collect it. It took four of us to roll it onto a blanket and then carry it up the beach!
