Today planning permission was posted up for change of use for Mounts Bay Electrical. The shop will close and have a change of use.
The premises is set to become a dentist.
It's unsure what will happen to Mounts Bay Electrical who have traded here for many years, and up until a few years ago spanned through to the premises next door (now occupied by Silver Witch)
