Having spent all my working in (amongst other things) ensuring that a kitchen works .. the larder of this has been demolished, and the tops and sockets are unuseable.. the kitchen has obviously been designed by an idiot or at least by someone who has never used a kitchen. I have therefore a cupboard to fit under the extensive useless top, but it is a flat pack, I would very much appecate assembly by anyone, please....
The last time I bought flat packs about four years ago, Treeve, I did my knees in and got everything back to front and vowed never to buy them again! So forgive me but if there's anything else, let me know.
my trouble was that when I bought it it was not clear that it was self assembly until it arrived.. with my situation now I need to reduce blood pressure ....
this is to demonstrate just what not to do ... never design your kitchen to encourage acces to heights which will encourage storage at an inappropriate height and which will encourage the use of standing on a chair or steps. besides this ...why fit the electric meter (the white cupboard) which uses a key to be charged close to the ceiling? it would be difficult for anyone let alone in my situation Never store anything at such a height as to be able to fall on a child and cause harm .. who is the landlord? any wall cupbard should have space above it closed off to the ceiling (a fixed board
To enable me to sit comfortably, and to move around without falling I have had to order a new chair, which was described as easy assembly. The parts are heavy enough to make it very difficult for me in my situation ..... Please help ..
