Problem is these wonderful institutions are plagued by lower budgets, high costs, and they have to be highly selective. Rules and regulations ensure even higher overheads and anciliary costs. Sooner or later the wall will be breached, and the harbour area and shore will suffer as a result from damage, then there will be a crisis, and something will be done ....
It can t be long before we get a storm to finish off this pier and now it s summer this is the time to repair it. Pity the NT don t take it in hand and talk with the owner and the Council.
