Common Frog or Natterjack Toad?

A frog/ toad found on my way to the Station in Richmond Hill for the train back to Penzance in Feb., 2010. Any expert looking at this might be better equipped to judge the species more ably than I.

My book tells me that the terms toad and frog are terms used to describe their superficial appearance i.e. warty and slow, or smooth and fast. Their colours vary greatly, so I am not certain of my identification here.
Don't you talk about my wife like that!::8: But seriously, on what grounds do you say that? It looks like a natterjack toad judging by the picture in my book Handguide to the Animals of Britain and North Europe.
