All the houses that are now above Thornberry Terrace but are not built when this picture was taken are in the late Victorian Style, so I would guess that this image was taken in the late 19C

First launch, by the Elzabeth and Blanche, from Penlee took place 22nd Oct 1914 for the Liguria, the lifeboat was later replaced by The Brothers, 20th Dec, 1922, the first motorised drive of the Watson type. 90bhp.
