Probably re-organising the plan, so need new doglegs, etc - they seem to be throwing a lot of money at the staircases; does not seem to be a cheap job. Was there a Planning Notice on the property for change of use?
@treeve. I hope not, we ve gone overload on them .... although I love art I would dearly love to see this building used as a shop or restaurant.... still that s my selfish point of view I suppose
