Why did the name Well Fields pop into my mind when I saw that photo?

Because that was the name of the fields at the bottom of this lane, to the left. Became a car park.

Very strange how memories can creep up on you when looking at photos! As soon as I saw the photo I thought Well Fields but I did not know why!

Myself and

lived in Trewithan Road, Well Fields was a well travelled route to town and back.
