Abbey Place in May, 1977

This small complex off the bottom New Street on the right comprises a number of cottages amid a sort of folly made up of a number of architectural items gathered by architect Mr Clifford who put them all together for atmosphere. My wife and I lived in one Rosemary Cottage for one winter: the white cottage beyond the arch.
