'Help for Heroes' fraud accused is found in Newquay

A man who failed to answer bail after his arrest on suspicion of fraud has been found in Cornwall by police.

Matthew Brown, 34, from Edinburgh, claimed to be a war veteran walking the British coastline to raise £500,000 for the Help for Heroes charity.
He was arrested in Newquay in November and was bailed until 10 May. He has not yet been charged with an offence.
He was found in Newquay and has been issued with a summons to appear before Bodmin magistrates on 14 June.
