A driver has been charged over the death of a teenager who was hit by a car close to the site of an Isle of Wight music festival.
Henry Minns, 19, of Penryn in Cornwall, was walking along the road near the Bestival event on 12 September.
Police said he had been thrown out for not having an entry wristband.
A 33-year-old man, of West Sussex, was charged with causing death by driving without due care and attention while being over the drink-drive limit.
Mr Minns was walking along Mersley Down Road, near the music event at Robin Hill Country Park, shortly after midnight when he was hit by a silver Ford Focus and died.
The 33-year-old man, from Worthing, has been bailed to appear before Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court on 30 December.
A 20-year-old man from Wales, also arrested in relation to the collision, was released from bail with no further action.
