Cornwall snow closes roads and schools

Traffic is grid-locked and schools are closed in parts of Cornwall after reports of blizzard conditions in the west of the county.
The Met Office has issued a flash warning of severe weather with 5cm (2in) of snow expected in places.
Trevu Road in Camborne is closed in both directions between the B3303 South Terrace junction and the Fore Street junction, because of snow.
Snow has left the the A30 Redruth bypass in Redruth partially blocked.
The BBC Travel News website is reporting hazardous driving conditions near the A3047 junction with the A30 in Redruth because of a snow-related accident involving two vehicles.
Loscombe Road in Four Lanes, Cornwall is closed in both directions between the B3297 junction and the Carn Brea junction.
There are also reports of heavy snow at Ludgvan, Penzance, Highgate Hill, Carnon Down and Constantine. There is more information on the BBC weather pages and on the BBC Cornwall interactive map.
Cornwall Council has issued a list of schools that are closed and some which are opening late.
