St Ives Back Lane the Slipway. I worked here as well. Had a great time for many years. The place was owned by Gordon Mackie and I worked with Paul, Sophie, Ricky and a few moore.
Is my memory playing tricks? I'm sure when it was Harts that you had to walk down a few steps to the counter as the store was below street level???
One of my memories of Harts icecream is when on a visit back home I came out of the shop with an icecream cone full of delicious icecream plus a good dollop of clotted cream on top and before I could eat any a seagull swooped down and stole the lot! Helluva shock! Happens quite a lot apparently but no one told me!
