Good that you have it, there are a number of clues as to date, I would need to add a number of deep scrutes (as the Goons would have it); Stephens and Mackintosh Business maps were around for a long time, some exist from c1750; this may be as late as 1900, but somewhere around that - key factor is the railway layout at Chyandour Cliff, that is the biggest clue, also the completion of Daniel Place etc. Bay View Terrace completed ...

I once owned property in Daniel Place the deeds went back to Daniels Meadow

I note a Barnes and a Symons there! Also a North Road instead of Lannoweth?
