In the late 1970's a pioneering shop opened in an old chapel on Trevover Road Penzance. The shop stocked Videos in the format of Betamax and VHS for rental. The shop only had a few customers at first because video players were so expensive the average family couldn't afford one. Yet the shop traded for some 30 plus years and had thousands of customers near the end of its time.
