This is a postcard from 1913. It is in colour and used a colour process known as Autochrome Lumière that was first put on sale in 1907.

The house on the left is number 47 Back Road East, (the entrance to Porthmeor Road is on the left, out of shot) then numbers 49, 51, 53 and 55. Number 57 is no more; this is the entrance to Penameyne Court nowadays. At the back are number 59, glimpse of 61, and the roofline with dormer is that of Island Road. House on the right is number 24 Back Road West.
