1983 Purchased and brought to Newlyn.
Registered 23rd July 1984.
Owner in 1984 at Registration Arthur Rowland Hill and Christopher Hill of St Just.
Worked as a drift netter, for cod/hake, also for tuna.
Very smart - white hull with single red stripe (stem was white).
2001 de-registered for fishing.
2003 Sold and brought to Penzance; stripped and converted to floating accommodation and shop.
Purists have complained, but it is better to preserve these ships as best as is possible.

They do say ... I am not sure as to how that compares with Cornish? I was told her French name was Barcarolle, but I have no proof, nor do I have proof for the translation; if anyone can confirm, then I will put it in the text. Any Bretons out there?
