The Queen's had its canopy; this far end of The Promenade was still composition surfaced.
It will not, except if there is a complete blank, you need to get a current street map, follow the Enumerator s route and mark it out in red line (on a photocopy) - they were always on foot and it had to be done in a single night. The occupants representative either wrote it out for him, or he had to ask questions, it was in a hurry, hence many mistakes in spelling. Lots of ditto marks.
 
I have found a photo of a group outside number 4 Art Gallery Terrace with a baby who lived from 1899 - 1999. So that makes the row date from before 1899. A little further forward!

Do you have an idea of their name. Question is also when were the other children born and where. Census records may show them for 1901, but the name would be handy before looking. Excellent picture.
