Overlooking Appletree Bay at Rushy Bank,
The extent of rock, normally hidden by the tide, is exposed. To course these waters requires an expert knowledge of channels, flats, rocks and beds of thick seaweed, and how they vary at differing tides.
No prizes for seeing the grey heron at the water's edge.
