St Michael's Mount

The South Terrace which is the roof of the family quarters which take up the five floors below. This Victorian extension was designed by architect Piers St Aubyn, the first Lord St Levan's cousin, between 1873 and 1878.
Yes, whatever different architects have added to the original buildings that form the Abbey/Castle over the centuries, they seem to have tastefully maintained an overall unity. The Piers mentioned above knew what he was doing, I feel.
