Is the plan to raise rock armour to a point above the limit of this wave and to prevent overtopping so when boarding the Scillonian, passengers will not get wet. Well, I am not boarding any boat in this weather or travelling on any boat in that sea. Makes me wonder if any of these RP have actually seen the sea.
