Nice point of reference - some of these I knew the names and others I didn't. Saw how to make Gorse sparkling wine on tv once. They said it tasted and smelt a bit like coconut, so next time I went past Morrab Gardens, I sniffed the gorse flowers and they do indeed smell a bit like coconut! Haven't tried making the wine yet.
