(No 1) Scrabble with a difference!

You will find these in a number of unexpected corners of Penzance. Having discovered a few of these 'scrabbled' messages, I have now found six. A letter written by Chris Mundy to the Editor in last Thursday's Cornishman (18th Oct, 2012) made me set out in search of further examples. Has anyone spotted examples other than these six? They are made up of scrabble pieces set into some blue hardened paste (not Blu-tac).
How curious! No, I haven't seen any of these around town - but I will keep my eyes peeled when I'm next out!

No, definitely not my work, Wren! You'd think the blue background was blu-tac but it's rock hard, a solidified paste of some kind. Except for the Jubilee Pool one, they're all on granite, I note, and the phrases all seem pertinent to their surroundings in some way.
