Plastic bottles awaiting collection from behind the shops at Treneere after Cornwall Council's contractor decided in its wisdom to remove the recycling facility more than two weeks before the switchover to kerbside collection - despite a notice saying that the facility would be removed at the end of March.I'll refer to this image the next time I read some Cornwall Council guff in which they're patting themselves on the back over their green credentials...
