Fine loco though this is, I can't understand why it seems to have so many little dents and depressions - and pardon my ignorance - but why Bodysnatcher ?
The Class 57s are re-engined and rewired shells of redundant Class 47s, and are known to enthusiasts as Bodysnatchers or Zombies . I m not a rail enthusiast as such myself, I simply tend to pick up trivia such as this.
